# 1202 1790 BAYSHORE DR, “Bayshore Gardens” – This is one of the larger suites with over 1800 sq.ft. of living space in all of the Bayshore buildings, under $2.0M.  The Bayshore Gardens are recognized for being so close to Downtown and borders Stanley Park.  It is truly a beautiful, peaceful, quiet place, offering a unique setting.  The suite offers good finish quality and has very close Stanley Park and Marina views.  Although this building is now 12 years old, it is fantastic condition, built with better quality than some new high-end residences.

  # 1902 837 W HASTINGS ST, “Terminal City Club Tower”
– Here is a prime suite at the Terminal City Club Tower, with great views,  At the Terminal City Club you achieve a lower price per square foot as your are very close to central Downtown, and the build finish is slightly less than some of the other suites mentioned here.  This suite is 1500 sq.ft. with three bathrooms.

# 1501 1616 BAYSHORE DR, “Bayshore Gardens” – This is the newest Bayshore building.  This suite has fantastic up close Western and Eastern ocean, park, marina, and Mountain views.  This is the better layout in all of 1616 Bayshore.  This bright suite with lots of windows offers spacious 1513 sq.ft. of interior living, and decent outdoor space.  This building was built in 2006.

# 4104 1189 MELVILLE ST, “The Melville”
– This is a new tower built in 2007.  The interior finish and quality is comparable to those of Bayshore Gardens.  This suite is special as it is on the 41st floor.  This building features a common rooftop patio (the highest common patio in the city) at the 44th floor.  On the rooftop there is an outdoor heated swimming pool, garden, and gym facilities.  There are no extra photos of this suite.  The penthouse which is two floors up is on the market for $10M.

– This is amongst the very best waterfront buildings in Coal Harbour, and Vancouver.  This suite looks North East and towards the park and water.  This building features high-end unique architecture, and very high quality build finish.   

 
# 2304 1077 W CORDOVA ST, “Shaw Tower” – This is a suite at Shaw Tower that looks North East towards the water, mountains and city.  The prime North West facing suites in the Shaw tower sell for closer to $2.5M.  Unfortunately, there are no extra photos, but all the suites have beautiful modern and timeless interiors. 

 
# 1002 1205 W HASTINGS ST, “Cielo” – This is a new tower in Coal Harbour above Urban Fair – the food store.  This building is one step away from the waterfront and features nice luxury modern finishes and large outdoor spaces.  This is a prime suite at Cielo with North West views.  This building has the gym and amenities centre on the very top floor in a tall glass atrium with expansive 360 degree of views of the ocean, city, park, and mountains.

 # 603 1233 W CORDOVA ST, “Carina” – This again is a well-known sought after Coal Harbour Waterfront building.   This suite has North East views, and high-end European fixtures and appliances.  The finish and quality are very nice.
