# 702 628 KINGHORNE MEWS BB “Silver Sea”– This is a very boutique building with only 31 suites. The elevator opens directly into the suite which has been appointed with the best finishes. This “cruise ship” styled building is located on the seawall of False Creek North.
# 3604 1077 W CORDOVA ST – “Shaw Tower” – This is the building located in Downtown/Coal Harbour right on the waterfront. The building was built and designed to be high-end modern
# 1504 1281 W CORDOVA ST – “Calisto” – This is a luxurious tower with curve styled architecture. This unit faces the water looking towards the North Shore Mountains, and Stanley Park. The finish quality and design is very nice and amongst the best, but slightly more classic than what you will find at Shangri-la or Shaw Tower.
# 1003 323 JERVIS ST – “Escala” This unit is one step from the Waterfront, it is quite comparable to the “Calisto” mentioned above. This unit is a bit smaller at 1111 sq.ft.
In today’s market I do believe Shangri-la does offer the very best value, and the suites offer fantastic potential of upgrades.
